The City Fling 2027 Info
Join us in Denver for The City Fling 2027!
Our event will take place JUNE 17-19, 2027 in downtown Denver, CO and will feature multiple romance authors and vendors (lineup here)!
Hotel Room Block:
There will be a hotel room block available for event attendees! The cost of the standard double occupancy room will be $249.00/per night. ($288.51 with taxes and fees included.) Please note: Your card will not be charged upon booking your reservation. The link for the room block will be included in the ticket purchase confirmation email that will be sent to ticket holders.
It is possible that some nights may sell out before others (example: Thursday night may sell out before Friday night). If this does happen, we advise you to make a reservations for the available nights, and contact the hotel (via the info included in your ticket confirmation email) to request an adjustment if there are nights outside of the room block available.
NOTE: Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED when booking your hotel reservation. The credit card information is solely used for holding your reservation, and should you no longer be able to attend, make sure you cancel your reservation. Hotel Cancellation Policy: 48hours Prior To 11:59 PM Local Time (MST) The Day Of Arrival To Check In To Avoid One Night Fee.
Ticketing + General Info:
Our tickets will be available in 2 tiers
The top tier ticket is called “The Full Fling” ticket (300 available) that will cost $295 each (plus taxes/fees), which will be our “all access” ticket for all events Thursday-Saturday, which will include:
THURSDAY PROGRAMMING
- Our Welcome Panel (authors TBA!)
- Evening Social Mixer
FRIDAY PROGRAMMING
- Exclusive 4-hour signing featuring the authors + vendors in our lineup
- Evening Social Mixer
SATURDAY PROGRAMMING
- General Signing Session (4 hours)
- After Party
Our other ticket tier will be our “Saturday Delight” ticket (300 available) that will cost $95 each (plus taxes/fees), which will include access to ALL SATURDAY PROGRAMMING including the Saturday signing and after party that evening.
*Both of our ticket tiers also include an event badge, lanyard, and branded event tote!

Tickets will not be available for purchase until 7PM ET on September 13th, 2027.
During ticket day:
- You will have 5 minutes to complete your ticket purchase.
- There will be ticket purchase limits per transaction. The Full Fling (top tier) ticket will have a maximum of 2 per transaction, and the Saturday Delight (GA) ticket will have a maximum of 2 per transaction. You can combine both ticket types within the same transaction, but you will not be able to add more than 2 FULL FLING and 2 SATURDAY DELIGHT per transaction.
- Confirm the email address is correct for your transaction, as the confirmation email will include the hotel room block link and other important time-sensitive information. If you’ve completed purchase and have not received your confirmation email within 15 mins, please email our team at hello@thecityfling.com with the full name of the person who purchased the ticket(s) on your transaction.
- If you have a typo in the name/info on your ticket, you’ll be able to have that information updated in the system by using THIS FORM. If you have any questions about this, you can reach out to us at hello@thecityfling.com.
- Due to high traffic on Eventbrite’s site, it is possible you’ll be in a ‘waiting room’ or show that tickets are ‘unavailable’. This does NOT mean the event is sold out. It means that tickets are being held in carts, but it is still likely that tickets will become available due to order payment issues, or carts timing out after 5 minutes.
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT WILL BE FULLY TRANSFERRABLE THROUGH MAY 25TH, 2027.
*Directions to transfer a ticket/submit a ticket for resale (through our waitlist) will be included in your ticket purchase confirmation email.
